Cynthia L McCartney

Cynthia L. McCartney is an accountant and administrative assistant for Advantage Tax Group in our Northfield office.  She joined Advantage Tax Group in January 2014.  After graduating from Claymont High School in 1984, she attended Kent State University, Tuscarawas Campus taking general studies until she became employed full time for her family’s business in 1985.  Cynthia’s primary experience the last 28 years is in accounting.  She was in charge of payroll of 170 employees, and was directly involved in all other areas of the accounting department.  The company closed in July 2013.  She attended Buckeye Career Center’s Quick Books training and also attended the Comprehensive Tax Preparation Course.  Cynthia resides in Dover with her husband, Scott of twenty-three years.  They have two daughters.
